KACO new energy, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, is a German manufacturer of inverters for photovoltaic systems and battery storage solutions. The company is considered one of the technological pioneers of transformerless inverter technology and has decades of experience in power electronics: In 2024, KACO new energy celebrated its 25th anniversary, while its original parent company had already marked its 100th anniversary in 2014 and was among the first manufacturers of inverters in the 1930s.

Since 2006, KACO new energy has been producing entirely with CO₂‑neutral electricity, making it a pioneer in sustainable manufacturing. With German engineering expertise, international presence, and the innovative strength of the Siemens Group, the company actively shapes the energy supply of the future.
