Jiangsu Leadmicro Nano Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688147.SH) was established in December 2015. With the Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology at its core, Leadmicro has established a product system that evolves through successive developments in various vacuum thin film deposition (TFD) technologies, including CVD. Leadmicro focuses on the R&D, production, and application of advanced micro-level and nano-level thin film equipment.

On December 23, 2022, Leadmicro successfully landed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board.

Leadmicro's main products include specialized equipment and complete sets of technologies for semiconductor and pan-semiconductor fields, such as PV cells, silicon-based microdisplays, logic chips, memory chips, compound semiconductors, and 3D packaging. Additionally, Leadmicro offers mass production solutions for flexible electronics and next-generation high-efficiency solar cell assembly lines.

Leadmicro has continuously attracted outstanding domestic and international talents, maintained a high level of R&D investment, and accumulated rich technical expertise in the core field of micro-level and nano-level TFD.

Leadmicro's products were among the first to be employed in the TFD process of PV cell production.
