What awaits you – 100% Good Energy

• You will be responsible for project development of our international ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Europe, from securing land to obtaining necessary permits
• You identify suitable PV projects at various stages of development
• You review and evaluate requests and offers for photovoltaic projects in development and relevant data rooms as part of due diligence
• You negotiate and close project development contracts to secure the required services with international development partners
• You negotiate share purchase agreements for the acquisition and divestment of project SPVs
• You develop cash flow models and risk assessments as well as internal templates for investment decisions
• You will independently coordinate and manage our international development partners and all other project stakeholders, including engineers, legal advisors, project, contract and transaction managers
• You manage and optimize the commercial, contractual, technical and timeline aspects of the PV projects
• You support the establishment of additional markets for the implementation of greenfield and co-developments

You bring with you – 100% You

• Degree in renewable energy studies, industrial or environmental engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study or vocational training
• Several years of industry experience in the development, management and acquisition of photovoltaic projects
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills, other foreign languages are a plus
• Market and industry knowledge in the solar and renewables sectors
• Assumption of project and market responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills and an assertive, positive approach
• Organizational talent with a high degree of flexibility
• Willingness to travel
