CTF Solar is dedicated to develop groundbreaking thin film CdTe solar modules and production processes. CTF Solar can provide its customers with almost 30 years of expert experience, thanks not only to its outstanding history, but also to its current team of over forty physicists, chemists and engineers from 10 different nations who are pooling their expertise and working together in Dresden. With the great support of China Building Material Group, CTF Solar is continuously developing the cadmium telluride thin film solar cell technology and the key CSS equipment for the deposition of the CdTe layer.
CTF Solar has filed over 70 patents covering different key aspects of CdTe thin film solar cells. Based on professional turnkey production facility design and construction, the CTF project engineering team has completed the 100MW module factory in Chengdu, China. And several other projects located in China (Handan, Jiamusi, Ruichang, Zhuzhou, etc) are under construction and will be ready for the start of production soon.
