Free Webinar

Tuesday, November 10, 2020 | 11:00am–12:00am CET| Webinar Language: English

In this webinar, we explore the findings of the second report of the "Solarize Africa" series. The webinar illustrates the current state of and new developments on the various African continent’s solar energy markets. Looking ahead, possible future scenarios for specific regions on the African continent will be illustrated. To give credit to the many different applications of solar PV and their economic, environmental and social importance, two focal topics of the webinar are mini-grids and the combination of solar power and water. In summary, the webinar will shed light on the large rise of solar power installations that is starting to build up on the African continent.

During the webinar participants can submit their questions to get them answered by the experts in the live Q&A. In addition, both the recording and the speakers' presentations are made available to all registrants after the webinar.
