- Floating photovoltaic systems WALDEVAR Energy is building the largest European factory for floating photovoltaic systems. The factory will serve as an advanced production and innovation hub for FPV systems, leveraging the expertise of a global leader - Sungrow FPV. The facility will feature an impressive annual production capacity of 300 MW. Strategically positioned along Bucharest's main Ring Road, on a plot of 40,000 sqm, it offers an exceptional logistical advantage. In order to reduce its carbon footprint, the factory will be powered by a 2.6 MW photovoltaic park and backed by an advanced Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
