Individual company presentation

sbp has been working in the renewable energy sector for over 36 years. Our solar division invents, develops, and implements innovative solar technologies. The portfolio features a wide range of components and systems for both solar thermal and photovoltaic power plants. Today, we are the leading international engineering office in the field of solar energies, both for Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) and Photovoltaics (PV).

We are currently working as engineering consultant for PV tracker plants with a substantial commercial record accumulated for large-scale international tracker projects. Meanwhile, we are actively engaged with other niche PV market areas, including FPV, APV, PPV and BIPV. Our consultancy begins from the project development stage, incl feasibility study, technology review, root cause analysis and later customized technology optimization, calculation of field yield and possible reduction of overall plant costs.

Moreover, with our years’ profound know-how and multi-disciplinary engineering background, we are experts in techno-economic study for development of innovative PV technologies and continually seeking joint cooperation opportunities with relevant industrial partners.
