HoloSolis plans to build and operate Europe's largest photovoltaic cell and module factory, due to open in 2026 in Hambach, near Sarreguemines (Moselle). At cruising speed, from 2028, this gigafactory will produce 10 million solar panels a year, representing a capacity of 5 GW, equivalent to the annual energy needs of one million homes.
