EMD is a software and consulting company that offers products and services for wind farm projects, ground-mounted PV systems, hybrid power plants and complex energy systems. With the solarPV module from windPRO, EMD offers a tool for the design, visualisation, yield calculation and glare effect of PV parks. It is also possible to integrate battery storage systems into the simulation. Our energyPRO software can be used to calculate different business cases for PV and battery storage systems. To ensure that our customers can successfully implement their projects, we support them with training, customer-focused workshops and project coaching.
Our realistic site visualisation of PV and wind farms can significantly improve the acceptance of projects during planning and construction. The special highlight is the visualisation of your projects directly on site or completely virtually, which planners and interested parties can use to move around and look around in the office or on site. This gives the viewer a realistic picture of what the project will look like, how the systems will fit into the landscape and how visible the elements will be. The basis for this is our globally market-leading windPRO software, which can now also be used to design, calculate and visualise ground-mounted PV systems. In addition, the glare effect of PV areas can be determined, e.g. for approval purposes.
