Bazhou Sangang is a leading high-end metal enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of cold-rolled calendered coils.

I. Equipment Strength

Phase I (May 2019): 1.7b yuan, 1×950mm pickling & cold rolling line, 3 galvanizing lines, 900k t/a capacity.

Phase II (Mar/Jun 2025): 3b yuan, 1×1450mm pickling & cold rolling line, 2×1250mm galvanizing lines; total 3.2m t/a at full capacity.

Phase III (2026 Plan): 2×1250mm galvanizing lines & 2×1450mm two-coat two-bake high-color coating lines.

Full-process computer control; 1450mm line adopts China First Heavy’s 4th-gen tech, world-class.

II. Core Products

Focus on high zinc coating, strength & added value, serving PV, home appliance and automotive industries.

Zn-Al-Mg coils: 0.3–4.5mm (thickness), 40–600g/m² (coating), 40–1290mm (width).

Galvanized coils: 0.3–3.0mm (thickness), 40–450g/m² (coating), 40–1290mm (width).

Featured: 980MPa high-strength steel (PV/home appliance/auto parts). Process: pickling-cold rolling-galvanizing, quality up to international standards.

III. Supply Chain & Market

Supply Chain: Cooperate with Tianjin Rongcheng United Steel; "Tianwu Commodity" shortens cycle by 15%.

Market: Export to Central Asia, Middle East, Thailand, South America & some Europe; aim 30% imported raw materials, expand European PV market.

IV. R&D & Green Development

R&D: Dedicated team, cooperates with Dr. Yang Gang (CAS), engages Mr. Li Jiuling (China’s galvanizing founder) as advisor.

Green Development: A-level environmental enterprise; optimize water recycling, promote clean energy, build "green factory".

V. Development & Commitment

Focus on cold-rolled metal R&D & production, provide global customers with high-quality, reliable, eco-friendly products and worry-free after-sales.
