ZKFN Solar has developed a "nano-enhanced material" to replace the traditional "heavy glass" in photovoltaic modules. They have introduced the "world’s first bendable, vibration-resistant, hail-resistant, crack-free high-strength flexible crystalline silicon module," reducing the weight of modules by over 70%. The product offers six key advantages: "light, thin, flexible, strong, easy, and beautiful." It has passed the strictest hockey puck impact test (45mm diameter + 30.7m/s speed), the highest wind resistance level (Grade 17), and the highest front load test (5400Pa), solving the issue of hidden cracks in lightweight modules. The product is certified by international authorities such as TUV, COC, CE, and JPAC, and is insured for 25 years by central insurance companies. It can be widely applied in industrial and commercial rooftops, warehousing, agricultural greenhouses, and mobile energy, potentially expanding photovoltaic applications everywhere.
The company follows the values of "innovation, professionalism, integrity, and excellence," and is dedicated to "dressing buildings in power-generating coatings and providing smart energy for all things." With a focus on technological innovation, they are launching a new "lightweight" solution for photovoltaic modules and aim to be a key force in driving global zero-carbon development. Wherever the sun shines, that is where we aim to make an impact!
Compared to traditional glass modules, ZKFN Solar's lightweight photovoltaic modules are more than 70% lighter and can be widely applied in various situations with insufficient load-bearing capacity.
