EGING PV Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as EGING PV), whose stock code is SH600537, is specialized in producing photovoltaic panel battery modules listed in A-share market in China. Through its subsidiary Changzhou EGING PV Technology Co., LTD, it engages in production and operation activities. KEENSTAR Investment (wholly-owned subsidiary of KEENSTAR Group) is now the largest shareholder of EGING PV.

Changzhou EGING PV Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) was founded in May 2003, with a registered capital of 2,129.46 million CNY. Currently, it has more than 3,000 employees and covers an area of more than 1000,000 ㎡. The main business of the Company is the production and sales of high-efficiency crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules, with production capacity at more than 10GW of photovoltaic cell modules. The Company also has experience in building and operating PV power stations, extending the industrial chain to PV power stations.

The Company regards HR as its power, paying great attention to the introduction of talents, and establishing partnership with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Jiangsu University, Changzhou University and Hohai University, thus adding impetus to its innovations.
