WPLNA, founded in Beijing, is a manufacturing enterprise specialized in laser technology. In the photovoltaic field, WPLNA provides laser hardware for PL, AOI and penetration inspection, which are used for ingots, wafers, processing cells, solar cells, modules as well as perovskite cells.
WPLNA photovoltaic solutions use laser non-contact and non-destructive detection technology with industrial camera to inspect kinds of defects in the production process of solar cells. Therefore, the occurrence of re-defects can be effectively avoided. It can improve the detectable rate of various defects and is beneficial to improve the yield of solar cells.
Various types of defects could be detected such as microcrack, broken edge, black core, concentric circle, scratch, dirty marks etc. It is suitable for wafers and cells such as M10, G12, M14 etc. Meantime, it can cover PERC, TOPCon, HJT, BC and perovskite process type.
