Frank Haugwitz is a Senior Analyst with Berlin-based consultancy, Apricum. He first worked in China in 2002 with the German development agency, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In 2012 he founded the Asia Europe Clean Energy (Solar) Advisory. He served as the Director of the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association from 2011 to 2021.
