As the lead for our residential flexibility content, Lucy supports a wide range of client across the flexibility value chain helping them adapt to fluctuating prices, changing consumer attitudes and awareness and changing regulatory landscapes. With a deep technical understanding of European flexibility markets, Lucy leads or acts as technical advisor on consultancy projects. Lucy has been the lead author for five editions the annual smartEN/LCP Delta Flexibility Market Monitor. She supports a variety of clients, from executives in multinational vertically integrated utilities, to developer teams in start-up organizations.
