Felipe Narbona is a seasoned engineer with over 13 years of experience in business development, energy markets analysis, and project management of renewable energy projects.
He graduated as a Civil-Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile, and later pursued a Master's degree in New Energy Technologies from Technische Universität Berlin.
He started his career as an entrepreneur before moving to the LNG industry in Chile. Felipe then transitioned to the renewable energy industry in Germany, convinced of the necessity of achieving more greener ways of meeting our energy demand.
In 2018, Felipe joined a PV-EPC company based in Berlin for 3 years, before joining ABO Wind in 2020 to develop and install one of the first Hybrid PV+BESS projects in Germany.
As a Team Leader of the Hybrid Energy and Storage department in ABO wind, Felipe leads the technical and economic development of hybrid PV-Wind power plants, also combining renewable technologies with Storage.
Throughout his career, Felipe has worked on a number of topics including: technical-economic project evaluation; planning, procurement, and construction of PV-Storage projects; financial simulations; energy market analysis; and international team management.
