PORTABLE EL INSPECTION

High Resolution Electroluminescence On-site Solution for Solar Modules

To answer the call for better quality control, solar operations and maintenance (O&M) can deploy Portable EL Inspections. Our non-evasive method is light weight and easy to handle for on-site inspection. The high-resolution camera can capture the entire panel with a single take, effectively detecting any defects. Plus, testing is carried out at night and does not require the unmounting of solar modules at the solar farm.

ALL-NEW SOLAR CELL FRV AOI

A Complete AOI Fleet for Photovoltaic Industries

Introducing TT Vision’s all-new solar cell AOI modules that set new standards in image resolution and accuracy. With an industrial-leading camera resolution of 151 megapixels, and an ultra-low distortion and chromatic aberration optics, our system offers unparalleled clarity, enabling the module to spot even the smallest defects. The robust design of our multi-spectrum illumination system guarantees consistent and optimal lighting conditions for exceptional inspection capabilities. Proprietary ECO software platform with universal GUI offers powerful vision inspection libraries, delivering best in class performance.

SOLAR WAFER INSPECTION & SORT

TT Vision Technologies’ Incoming Wafer Inspection is an advanced solar wafer inspection and sorting machine, utilized to ensure that only the highest quality wafers are used in the production process. Designed for loading wafers from coin stack magazines onto conveyor line, WINS is capable of performing with a high throughput of 6000 WPH. Integrated with Data Matrix (DM), laser marking and reader, the full-fledged vision inspection functions include Geometric,
Surface Edge, Total Thickness Variation (TTV), Transflection (TF), microcrack detection, and other critical measurements. It is versatile in nature, offering minimal conversion requirements for the support of wafer sizes ranging from M6 to M12.

SOLAR CELL SORTER

TTV’s Solar Cell Sorter is the ultimate solution for full-fledged inspection, testing and sorting of high-quality solar cells. The machine is equipped with 2D area and line scan, 3D dark field line scan, Photoluminescence (PL) microcrack and solder pads defects inspection, hotspot infrared imaging measurement, and 3D laser profiler for metal line profile measurement. The IV tester and advanced data analysis capabilities ensure that every cell is thoroughly tested and evaluated. Laser scribing and cleaving, interleaf paper placement, and the combination of belt and walking-beam conveyor for high-speed and high-stability cell transportation make the Solar Cell Sorter an all-in-one solution. With a high throughput of up to 8,000 CPH via two-lane design, and the ability to handle solar cells ranging from M6 to M12 wafer size, the Solar Cell Sorter is the perfect choice for any high-volume production process.
