Individual company presentation

Documenting thoroughly while reducing effort? That's possible with TabTool PV, the digitalization tool for photovoltaic specialists!

The cross-platform cloud software TabTool connects a web application for project managers with a mobile app through which solar workers can receive task assignments and document their work on a tablet or smartphone.

Captured data is synchronized in real-time between the web application and the TabTool app, allowing for immediate communication between team members in the office and those in the field. Users can also work in the TabTool app without an internet connection. In this case, data captured on mobile devices is stored offline until synchronization is possible again.

Solar professionals can choose between two specialized solutions for the solar industry:

TabTool PV O&M streamlines the processes involved in the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of solar plants, making them more efficient and less prone to errors. Unlike comparable software solutions that primarily rely on ticket creation, TabTool PV O&M can map the entire technical hierarchy of a photovoltaic power plant, from transformers to inverters, modules, and individual cables, thanks to its complex data model. This allows technical managers to gain in-depth insights into the quality and service life of a photovoltaic plant. Maintenance operations can thus be planned in a more targeted manner, increasing the efficiency of the maintenance processes.

TabTool PV Installation is designed to help solar installers control and document the entire installation process of a rooftop solar system, from initial customer inquiry to acceptance and final documentation. Like a CRM system, TabTool PV Installation consolidates all information related to a customer order into a centralized database, simplifying data accessibility and organization.
