Job description

Your tasks

  • Identifying the needs of our business partners and developing appropriate sales concepts based on our existing product portfolio
  • Identifying new, customer- or market-specific requirements for the further development of our existing product portfolio through product management and development
  • Support of sales projects and business partners worldwide, with a focus on Asia, from the areas of industry and research from the initial contact to the conclusion of the deal
  • Systematic expansion and extension of your sales network and customer base through regular customer visits as well as participation in conferences, trade fairs, etc.
  • Dedicated support and training of our local sales organizations in the sales area from the back office, but also on site

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master (Physics/Electrical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or comparable education with corresponding several years of professional experience
  • Very good technical understanding, profound knowledge and experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, vacuum coating technology or solar cell technology
  • Several years of successful experience in sales of capital goods requiring technical explanation as well as strong customer orientation
  • Committed and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills, open to new ideas
  • Intercultural competence and persuasiveness as well as business fluent English skills
  • High willingness to travel to customers, trade fairs and conferences
