Omnis Power was founded in 2010 by a group of entrepreneurs and engineers from the energy sector, who wanted to innovate and advance renewable energy. Made from spin-offs of leading companies in the industry, Omnis Power now is at the forefront of new technology research and competitive product development.

Today, Omnis Power is a European business with international experience that believes in and invests in Europe. Offices and production facilities in Europe include Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, and Norway with more branches planned. Our partners around the world span from the USA to Asia and Australia.

The first European production site of photovoltaic panels will be in Italy and will open in 2023, with a production capacity of 500 Mw per year. The production lines will be state-of-the-art: smart, fully automated, and robotic.

Another Omnis Power Engineering plant for inverter and battery production is developed in cooperation with Guangming Technology and will be opened in Lithuania by the end of 2023.
