Job description

Job Summary: As the RESS Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of RESS (Renewable Energy Storage Systems) products for the European residential market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and drive product development from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements, including features, functionality, and user experience, based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform product development decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products are designed and developed to meet customer needs and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct customer research to gather insights and feedback on product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze product performance, including sales, revenue, and customer feedback, and use data to inform product improvements and future development.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in renewable energy storage systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Fluent In English, with proficiency in other European languages a plus.

Work Environment: This position requires some travel to customer sites or industry events.
