Job description
What awaits you:
As Team Leader Engineering (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing, strengthening and further developing the engineering team for the solar parks in Germany. You will be the interface for communication and coordination with the business unit management and the other engineering teams. Depending on the area, you will also support the sales department in defining and calculating MV grid connections for PV systems. Overall, we are looking for an electrical engineer (m/f/d) with industry experience and leadership experience or ambitions.
Your tasks:
- Takeover of the disciplinary management of the planners incl. induction and further training as well as support in recruiting
- Review of the work results of the responsible team
- Contact person for the entire planning team as well as for sales and cross-functional activities
- Development and support in the qualification of new solutions, technologies and subcontractors
- Support in critical projects as well as complex tasks
- Leadership of special topics and promotion of the engineering community

Who we are looking for:
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, renewable energies or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in the PV sector
- Experience with electrical engineering design and installation of PV systems as well as LV/MS switchgear and grid connections.
- Knowledge of PVSyst and ideally PowerFactory
- Knowledge in power factor correction desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High level of teamwork and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
