Job description

What awaits you:

In the advertised position, you will act as a competent contact person for owners, municipalities, authorities, grid operators, internal departments, external consultants and planning offices as well as for our customers and partners. With a good feeling for suitable locations of photovoltaic plants as well as negotiation skills, you ensure the expansion of renewable energy and the successful realization of our projects.

Your tasks:

  • Search, evaluation and securing of suitable locations for photovoltaic plants
  • Contract negotiations for securing land in coordination with the legal department
  • Coordination of all approval and planning steps to achieve construction readiness
  • Preparation and support of development plan and land use procedures
  • Project presentation and contract negotiations with owners and municipalities
  • Management of external consultants and project developers
  • Preparation and continuous updating of profitability calculations, presentations and decision-making documents for management

Who we are looking for:

  • Preferably, successfully completed studies in spatial planning or architecture, with corresponding professional experience, preferably also academic training backgrounds in technical sciences or economics
  • Professional experience in the development of renewable energy projects desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and pragmatic approach
  • Business fluent German as well as very good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage (ideally Spanish, Polish or Russian)
  • High willingness to travel as well as independent and careful way of working
