After studying physics and a PhD on nanostructures and production methods for solar cells at Utrecht University, Minne de Jong has been focusing entirely on solar energy applications since 2014. At SEAC he works on combined solar heat and solar power applications, solar noise barriers and floating PV systems. SEAC leads the National Consortium Sun on Water, which has the mission to realize a capacity of 2 GWp floating solar parks by 2023 in the Netherlands.
