Matthias Becker has a 25 years experience in the field of power generation, transmission and distribution. He is an expert in the field of distributed energy systems, off-grid power solutions, hybrid power plants and renewable energy. He holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering from University Coburg, an MBA from Heriot-Watt-University Edinburgh and a Master Degree in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin. Matthias joint Siemens in the year 2000, he held various positions in the application engineering with Tyco Electronics TE and E.on. He is an acknowledged speaker at expert forums for Power Gen Asia, ACI Airport Council Europe, Remote Area Power Systems Melbourne and Renewable Energy Asia.
