Vincent graduated from HEI Lille engineering school and from the Polytechnic School of Montreal. Before joining Ciel & Terre in 2016, he worked for 1 year and a half in international cooperation in Haiti as a construction engineer. Starting as a project manager at Ciel & Terre, he is now in charge of managing the EMEA project implementation team and driving the different scopes offered to customers.

Andrés is CEO of ISIGENERE, the pioneering company in floating solar systems since 2008 when their first floating solar system was designed and installed in Alicante (Spain). Born and raised in Colombia, Andrés studied Computer Science and holds an MBA by the Kellogg Graduate School of Business in USA. Andres started his career working in software startup building systems for big corporations and doing the first ecommerce and intranet systems in Colombia. After his MBA he started working for the consultancy McKinsey & Company in Spain where he advised clients in strategy and technology projects. Later he moved to Aquanima, a procurement services company owned by Santander Bank, the largest Eurozone bank at its time, where he led the growth of the company from 1 country and managing 80 million euros of spend, to 11 countries and 8000 million euros of spend. Now as part of Isigenere, Andrés is leading the growth of the company in utility scale and self-consumption projects while continuing the innovation by creating new and better versions of ISIFLOATING, its floating solar system. The Isifloating technology is recognized in the industry for its high-quality, durability, safety and low cost of logistics and installation. Since 2008 ISIGENERE has already implemented floating solar projects in 4 continents in different types of water bodies: large dams, hydroelectric facilities, quarry lakes, brackish water, irrigation reservoirs and other types of artificial reservoirs.

After a BSc in Energy Engineering at University of Bologna and a MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology at TU Delft, specializing on Solar PV & Energy Storage, Michele worked first as a Technical Consultant and Project Manager at DNV, leading technical advisory and certification firm in the Energy space, and since September 2022 as Head of Product Management Floating-PV at BayWa r.e., international developer and IPP with a strong leading position and the highest track record in Europe (250 MWp) for Floating-PV projects. Michele has been working for more than 5 years in the interesting and booming industry segment of Floating-PV, covering key responsibility roles and pushing the international agenda in the field, including managing international projects towards standardization. He is now responsible of supporting BayWa´s strategy, development and expansion in the Floating-PV space.
