For the second time, the Intersolar AWARD honored groundbreaking products and services in the international solar industry in the categories "Photovoltaics" and "Solar Thermal Technology".

The Intersolar AWARD was presented in a ceremony on May, 27 at the trade show’s innovation exchange under the patronship of the German Federal Minister of Economics and Technology a.D., Dr. Karl-Theodor Freiherr zu Guttenberg.

The photovoltaics jury awarded prizes to Aerowest GmbH, National Semiconductor Corp. and SOLON SE. Winners in the “Solar Thermal Technology” category are NEP Solar Pty Ltd, RESOL – Elektronische Regelungen GmbH and Ritter Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH und Co. KG.
