General Terms, Technical Guidelines
Please note that orders may only be placed by the main exhibitor or by persons authorized to do so on their behalf (see form 1.1). Orders placed by co-exhibitors will not be accepted or processed.

Instructions Booth Design
Both, the general and special terms of business of Intersolar Europe and the technical guidelines of the Munich Trade fair Center, are valid for booth construction.
Partition walls to neighouring booths and carpets/ flooring are compulsory.
Booth constructions over and above 3 m hight require special permission. At the boundary towards booth neighbours, a structural height of 6 m (upper edge) may not be exceeded. Within the booth area, 2 m from the bounday towards booth neighbours, a structural height of 7,50 m (upper edge) is accepted, but not possible at every booth location.
All back walls facing neighbour booths must be clean and neutral. Structural elements and fittings and equipment must be arranged within the limits of the booth in such a manner that neighouring exhibitors are not thereby impaired.
Two-storey booths require the prior consent in every case.

Dates for Set-Up and Dismantling
Set-Up
Start of set-up: Friday, June 14, 2013, 7.00am
End of set-up: Tuesday, June 18, 2013, 6.00pm
Decoration works indside the booth space will be possible until 8.00pm.
At 8.00pm the halls will be closed.
Except on the last set-up day, the exhibition halls are open during the set-up period from 7.00am until 10.00pm.
During set-up Exhibitor passes are NOT required!
Additional Set-Up Days
Additional set-up days are not possible in all halls and at all times liable to pay costs.

Dismantling
Start of dismantling: Friday, June 21, 2013, 6.00pm
End of dismantling: Monday, June 24, 2013, 6.00pm
Dismantling shall be possible throughout this period.
