The German solar industry association (BSW-Solar) presents for the third time a "Special Exhibit Rural Electrification" at the Intersolar Europe. At the booth more than 20 companies display products and services on off-grid power. Visitors meet experts from the industry association and from the companies to address their questions on rural electrification.

During a three-day series of lectures, the exhibiting companies will present their innovative expertise and international experience on electrification projects in rural Africa, Asia and Latin America. The lectures on the opening day (Wednesday) will focus on Latin America. On Thursday the speakers talk about Hybrid PV Systems to power villages and on Friday the main focus is on small Pico PV Systems to supply basic electricity to remote families.
