How does the visitor registration work? How can we invite customers and can our staff also use entry vouchers?

Exhibitors can order vouchers for day tickets via the exhibitor cockpit and send these to their customers either in paper or electronic format. In both cases, it is recommended that vouchers be redeemed online (available from April 2013). Your customer can register there and gets his day ticket sent directly by e-mail and can therefore go without any waiting time at the entrance. Vouchers in paper form can also be redeemed on-site.

Your employees can of course use these vouchers as well, but must each register separately and may only enter the exhibition during visitor opening hours. Redeemed vouchers will be charged to you after the exhibition at a cost of € 6,50 each plus VAT.

How does my company apply for a presentation at the Innovation Exchange?

Once your company is officially recognized as an exhibitor for Intersolar Europe, you will receive log-in data to the Exhibitor Cockpit as soon as it is available (January 2013). Within the Exhibitor Cockpit, you will see a menu option for the Innovation Exchange, which includes detailed information. After filling out some basic information (speaker, presentation title, contact information, etc.), you must submit the presentation abstract for approval. Speaking slot requests and presentation abstracts are due by early April.

Is there an area I can post jobs at and/or meet applicants for solar jobs?

The Intersolar Job & Career Forum is an online and on-site job program widely used by exhibition visitors seeking a job within the solar industry. As an exhibitor, participating in the Job & Career Forum brings you into direct contact with a vast pool of potential employees at minimal cost.

Applicants can search out the online job postings via diverse search criteria. Posted jobs are also physically displayed on job boards on-site. Plus, postings are accessible online via computer terminals. Jobs can only be posted by registered exhibitors and must be done so through the Exhibitor Cockpit.
