Why should I exhibit at Intersolar Europe?
Intersolar Europe is the world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry and the leading platform in this sector! It's here where businesses can attract new customers and strengthen existing contacts with partners from across the world. Nowhere else do such large numbers of established solar companies and newcomers get together in one place. Intersolar Europe links decision makers from industry, production and the service industry. It serves as a basis for making new business contacts and is a catalyst for opening up new markets. More details can be found in our Exhibitor Information.
Where is the Intersolar Europe exhibition located?

If you travel to Munich by car, signs throughout the greater Munich area will guide you to the New Munich Trade Fair Centre / ICM. Driving to the New Munich Trade Fair Centre / ICM
The New Munich Trade Fair Centre and the ICM are located directly on the A94 motorway and can be reached using the "Feldkirchen-West" (Exit No. 6) or "München-Riem" (Exit No. 5) exits. A dynamic traffic-guidance system regulates the flow of traffic, guiding logistics vehicles and trade-fair visitors to the nearest available parking area at the trade-fair center.
Here you will find adresses for your destination.
Is there a specific day or time for the general public to attend?
Because Intersolar Europe is strictly a business-to-business solar event, we do not offer a specific day or time for the general public to attend. However, we do not at all discourage interested parties outside of the solar industry from coming to the show to see all of the new and exciting technology on display. All visitors must register to access Intersolar Europe but do not need any specific legitimation to get access.
Where can I find contact information if I have further questions?

How to become an exhibitor of Intersolar Europe 2012?
In order to support and attend Intersolar Europe, you need to complete and sign the application form in full. Based on the information you provide, the organizers will decide whether it is possible to admit your company as an exhibitor.
Application Form
What exactly have we booked with our registration?
Registration relates solely to the booth area (partition walls are not included) at Intersolar Europe. In addition, the mandatory contribution to AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry), disposal of waste during the exhibition and mandatory entry in the exhibitor list (online and event directory) are booked. Additional services such as booth construction, electricity, exhibitor passes, advertising materials etc. can be ordered via the Exhibitor Service Manual and the Exhibitor Cockpit as desired. The contact person named in the application will be informed by e-mail as soon as the service Exhibitor Service Manual and Cockpit become available.
Can we receive a hall plan where we can choose our booth area?
Intersolar Europe places great importance on optimum visitor orientation, which is why the halls are thematically arranged. When striving to create a uniform exhibition image, not all booth sizes are possible or appropriate in all locations. In addition, there is no fixed scheme for apportioning booth areas owing to the highly individual booth sizes. This only becomes clear once the planning for booth allocation gets underway. Unfortunately it is therefore not possible to choose your own booth location. We do however try to consider your requests.
When will receipt of my application be confirmed?
Receipt of application is confirmed via email within 48 hours or less. The confirmation is not yet an admission to participation. The admission will be sent one week after receipt of the application and does NOT include a booth placement or invoice.
When will I receive my booth assignment and booth number?
You will receive notification of your booth placement six weeks after registration, and not before November 2011. You will receive your booth plan by e-mail.
Can co-exhibitors exhibit at my booth? If so, how do I register them?
Yes. Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors within their own booth. The primary exhibiting company (leaser of space from organizers) must fill out the co-exhibitor application form. The form must be filled out for each additional co-exhibiting company and must be signed by the primary exhibitor. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibiting. The cost per co-exhibitor is 160 €. All co-exhibitors receive the same benefits as primary exhibitors, meaning they are each listed as an individual exhibitor online and will have their own Event Directory and Exhibitor Index entries. All orders or services for co-exhibitors will be invoiced to the primary exhibitors’ invoice address.

Is there a penalty for cancelling or reducing our space?
Yes. For both cases, you will receive an invoice with cancellation fees. If, following a binding registration or completed contract conclusion, the event organizers allow an exhibitor, by way of exception, to withdraw the registration or to cancel the contract; the exhibitor must pay the Event Organizer a lump-sum as compensation (lump-sum damages).
The amount of the lump-sum damages depends on when the organizer receives
the notice from the exhibitor that he wishes to withdraw his binding registration or from the completed contract conclusion.
For more details, please see page 3 of the application form.
